You'll need to be a great team player with a Masters or MBA, sharp commercial awareness and around five years' progressive business experience.

You could be working in FMCG for example, or in the automotive industry. You might be working for one of the big four. Wherever you are now, you'll have developed a sharp commercial awareness and, having got some great experience behind you, you're ready to take your career much further, much faster than you're being given the scope to do at the moment. At Amcor, you'll get all the experiences and international exposure you need to take your career wherever you want it to go.

We're looking for 20 people to turn their leadership potential into a fast-moving career as part of this three-year program. Could you be one of them?

You'll be joining us in a permanent leadership role, bringing your commercial flair and innovation focus to Sales, Marketing, Procurement or Strategy in one of any number of global locations.

You could join us as a Marketing Manager in the USA or a Business Development Manager in Latin America, for example. You could be a Strategy Analyst in China, a Commercial Analyst in Europe or an Innovation Projects Manager in Switzerland. No matter where you join us, you'll stay in that role for 18 months before spending your next 18 months in a different role in a different international location.

Throughout the three years, you can expect training and development opportunities you need to build on the leadership experiences you're gaining in your day-to-day role. These opportunities will be crucial to your accelerated development and they'll range from business challenges to ongoing mentoring, from talent councils to career planning workshops. Then after the three years, you'll continue to develop your leadership career in roles across the globe - just how far you take your skills will be down to you and your ambition.

The start date for the program is 1st October 2016.
